August Theme Challenge

Hi and welcome to the 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown challenge, where I'm playing hostess again, and this week I have a theme for you to follow...  

I'm crazy about Christmas and love all things Christmas!  I think I inherited this from my mum - she made Christmas magical and truly the most wonderful time of the year.  For this week's inspiration, we would like you to make a card with mistletoe and wine as your theme, be it images, colours, embellishments and more, it's up to you!

August Colour Challenge

Hello everyone - and welcome to the 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown challenge.  I'm Gill, and I'm here with you again this week, where it's time for a colour challenge.  I would like you to use all the colours from this week's inspiration board, displayed in the graphic below - white, cream, silver and gold...

It's not often I mix white with cream, or silver and gold, but I think they can look really pretty together, and so very festive too.  Please feel free to use whatever techniques and embellishments you wish - the sky's the limit. I can't wait to see your amazing creations...

August sketch challenge

Hello and welcome to a brand new challenge at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown. I'm Gill and I shall be your hostess for the month of August. With just 20 weeks to go to the big day, I hope you'll join me, and the rest of the Design Team, to play along with our themes, sketches and challenges. I have the privilege of being a part of a fabulous team of ladies, creating Christmas-themed cards each week, all year long, to give inspiration for your seasonal projects.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined our blog hop during the month of July. We hope you enjoyed hopping along with us - we were certainly blown away with all the fabulous entries we received.
