Hello and welcome to a brand new month of challenges at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.
I'm Gill and I shall be setting the challenges for November. With just 7 weeks to go to Christmas, I hope you'll be inspired to join in and share your beautiful creations in our challenges. The lovely ladies on the Design Team have created Christmas-themed cards all year long with inspiration for your seasonal cards and makes, and we have a fabulous new designer joining our team this month - more news on that below.
As the first challenge of the month is always a sketch, I hope you'll like this one...
You can change the sketch by flipping or stretching it, or use different shapes, but we'd like to see the basic sketch on your card.

Hello! My name is Valérie, I am 41 years old and I am married to Benjamin. No kids but two furry babies: my guinea pigs Ruby & Doogy. I am crazy about them. I live in Switzerland, in Zurich. I work part-time as an all-rounder for a law firm and my hobbies are baking, reading, scrapbooking and cardmaking. When I am not in my scraproom or my kitchen, you will probably find me filming my skater boy (my husband started skateboarding after a break from 20 years!! And he is good!). I like to participate in challenges with my cards and I am in a couple of other Design Teams. My style is colorful and mostly CAS. I am very happy to join the 52 Christmas Card Throwdown team. I love to make Christmas cards all year long. This is so fun. I hope to bring you inspiration with my creations.
