March Color Challenge

Hello there!  It's Patricia, your challenge hostess for the month of March.  In the United States, it's "Spring Forward" weekend for the places that observe Daylight Savings Time.  It hasn't felt much like Spring yet where I live in Virginia; we received about 5 inches of snow on top of some sleet on Monday.  But no matter what the weather is like, it's always Christmas time here at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown.

Since it's the second Saturday of the month, we're presenting a color challenge for this week.  Pick three or more of the colors from this graphic to use in your Christmas or wintry card:

You may also use white, cream, gold, silver, or black as neutrals for your card base, as embellishments, or as ink colors for outline images or sentiments.  However, the colors from the graphic should be the main colors used on your card.

We have a very vintage card from our March Guest Design Team member, Scraplady!
Here's her take on our colors:

Here is some more inspiration from the Design Team:

What will you create with these colors?   You have until 6:00 pm GMT/1:00 pm Eastern time Friday, March 14 to share your card with us via the linky tool below.

Please make sure to follow these rules when you play along with us here at 52CCT! :)

*Please read the challenge requirements carefully before creating your card. We will never delete any submissions that do not follow our challenge rules; however, only cards that meet the requirements will be considered by the Design Team for our weekly Top Honors and Honorable Mention voting.

*Please link back to our blog in your post so that others can join in the fun.
*We would love it if you added our button to the side of your blog.
*Please make sure to link to your POST, not your entire blog or online gallery.
*Please make sure NOT to back link.  Your card must not have been posted to your blog or gallery before the date of this challenge.
*In order to be considered for Top Honor or Honorable Mention, you must link up by Friday at 6:00pm GMT.
*You are free to combine this challenge with up to 10 other challenges.
*We'd really appreciate it if you'd turn off word verification so that we can comment more easily! We know a lot of you do this for safety, but it takes a very long time to comment when verification is activated, and you might not receive comments from us... just sayin'. ;)
