August Technique Challenge

 Good morning Christmas lovers and cardmakers!

Valentina here with you today as an August hostess.
Here is the last challenge of the month at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.

But first I want to thank you all who were inspired and have participated in these month challenges.

The last week is a Technique/Stash Challenge. 
For my last challenge of the month, I picked a Technique challenge that I learned in a 
Card Maker Success Summit with Erin Reed and it's it's called

TEEPEE CARD

I hope you will enjoy trying something new. 
This is a great opportunity to learn how to make a new shape of a card that looks like
an Indian teepee or in December it could also become a Christmas tree.
Here is a little help, a simple and short video how to make it.

August Theme Challenge

 Hi, Christmas lovers and card makers!

Valentina here with you again to welcome you
to the third challenge of the month at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.

The third Saturday of each month means it's time for a Theme or Recipe challenge.
I really love theme challenges and I also love Christmas movies. 
One of my favourites and the first that I remember I watched at the cinema is
How the Grinch Stole Christmas that's why I picked Grinchmas theme for our cards.

As you may have noticed, I really like pretty pastel colours.
So this time I picked the colours that remind me of the summer:

BABY BLUE, WHITE AND LIGHT BROWN/BEIGE

Remember that only these colours we would like to see on your cards.
Black is allowed as well as touches of metallic colours.
